I’m very excited to share this wonderful drawing with you, created for ‘The Elves and the Shoemaker’ summer tour!
It's drawn by the hugely talented Rositsa Vangelova, who’s based in Bulgaria. Like most of us, she’s been juggling home school and lockdown and working from home. We know just how challenging that can be, and we’re very grateful she was able to take on this commission for us.

We described the actors costumes to Rositsa so she could match the look of the Elves to their real-life characters – she’s done a great job of translating my words into imagery. Rositsa drew inspiration from Victorian ladies boots for the main boot in the image, and the Elves shoes are also drawn from the same era.
